Wade Felkins
Wade Felkins is registered to practice architecture in the state of Arizona. Mr. Felkins has more than 35 years experience in the architectural field, specializing in Multi-family, Custom Single Family, Restaurant, Retail and Light Commercial projects. Prior to establishing Landmark Design, Mr. Felkins served as Regional Director for a national architectural firm as well as Principal Architect for two regional Multi-family Development firms. During his tenure with two of the Phoenix area largest multi-family developers, Mr. Felkins has been responsible for over 50 luxury Multi-family properties. Mr. Felkins’ career has also included work with two architectural firms that specialize in a wide variety of commercial real estate developments. This experience includes providing design supervision of over 50 apartment communities, totaling over 25,000 units, retail/commercial developments totaling over 500,000 sq. ft., commercial tenant improvements as well as custom single-family dwellings. Projects have been located throughout the western United States including Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, and Washington State.
