Maria is a strategic finance leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and successful exits across Real Estate, SaaS, payments, and enterprise technology sectors. As CFO, she brings deep expertise in financial planning, M&A, and business transformation, with a proven ability to scale organizations and build high-performing teams.

At TransactCampus, Maria led the company’s financial evolution—building the FP&A function, scaling revenue from $200M to $300M, and driving 15% EBITDA growth. She played a key role in the company’s acquisition by Roper Technologies, overseeing financial due diligence and integration. Her leadership in product investment strategy delivered 3X revenue growth on capital deployed.

Previously, Maria served as a fractional CFO at Ascent CFO Solutions, advising founders and CEOs on capital strategy, financial infrastructure, and investor readiness. She also held leadership roles at Carefree Communities, where she helped double revenue and integrate 15+ acquisitions, and at Microsoft, where she led global FP&A and operational efficiency initiatives.

Maria holds an MBA in Global Management and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Finance & Accounting from the University of Arizona. She is fluent in Spanish and passionate about building scalable financial systems that power sustainable growth.
