Mr. Shea has a deep knowledge of the state’s real estate market specifically in the Multi-Family sector have bee a part of over 15,000 Multi-Family units being constructed within Arizona alone! Mr. Shea has also developed and built a casino in Las Vegas Nevada! Mr. Shea leads the company in all aspects of operations including; real estate development, asset management, construction and budgeting.

As a licensed General Contractor, he has extensive knowledge of engineering and architecture that is unparalleled in the industry which enables his organization to build and develop to the project approved budget. This keeps all costs in-line!
